Grant from the First Vice-Presidency and Regional Department of Social Services, Equality, and Housing

The Society has received 20,000 euros in urgent aid for the reactivation of the associative and community fabric of municipalities affected by the DANA (wind and rain storm). These funds have been specifically used for:

- The recovery of damages caused to the Montecarlo Theater.
- The financing of cultural activities, including:
- The promotion and holding of a concert in Córdoba.
   Participation in the 2025 Azuaga Music Contest (Badajoz).

Josep Gil appointed new Music Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Josep Gil as the new Music Director of our Symphonic Band. With a distinguished international career spanning prestigious venues such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the Komische Oper Berlin, Gil brings an artistic vision of excellence and a renewed commitment to our Society. His arrival marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with musical challenges. We extend our warmest welcome to Maestro Josep Gil to our institution!

EXCEL·LENT 2025


The Provincial Council of Valencia (Diputación de Valencia), through its Delegation for Music Bands and in its firm commitment to cultural promotion and dissemination, has awarded the following grants to our Musical Society under the framework of the "Excel·lent 2025, Band Music" call for applications. This initiative is specifically aimed at Valencian Musical Societies to boost musical activity.

The received subsidies are distributed across the following categories:

Music Schools: €2,100
Instrument Acquisition: €2,000
Music Band Activity: €1,950

Salvador Sebastiá appointed new Artistic Director.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Salvador Sebastiá has been appointed as the new Artistic Director of our Society. Sebastiá, recognized for his extensive career, his commitment to musical excellence, and his profound knowledge of the Valencian band scene, assumes this key role with the mission of boosting our cultural and educational projects.

"La Artística" Youth Band Wins First National Prize in Azuaga 2025

A resounding triumph for our young musicians! The ensemble, directed by David Tarín, has won the top award at the VIII National Contest of Music Bands of Azuaga.
